Do not use Graphode for unlawful activity, infringement, deception, harassment, security abuse, malware, credential harvesting, unauthorized access or attempts to bypass service limits.
Do not upload material you do not have the right to use, or material that would make Graphode process data in a way the legal package does not cover.

Protect systems and people
Graphode may support AI-assisted planning and execution, but users remain responsible for reviewing generated or agent-assisted output before acting on it.
Do not use Graphode to make automated decisions in regulated or high-impact contexts without appropriate human review, safeguards and legal basis.

Enforcement
